1. Acceptance Terms

By accessing and using Planr. Travel Limited platform and services, you agree to these Service Terms and Conditions ("T&C") forming a binding agreement between you and Planr Travel Limited. The related agreement encompasses the following policies: Planr Privacy Policy, Planr Imprint. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the processing of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

• Planr. — Shall mean the platform and service provided by Planr. Travel Limited
• User — shall mean any individual or entity interacting Planr. Travel Limited
• Data — any information provided by the users or collected during the interaction with Planr. Travel Limited.

3. Description of Services

Planr Travel Limited provides online travel planning and digital travel assistance services, including AI-generated itineraries, destination recommendations, and travel preparation tools. All services are delivered exclusively in digital form through the platform. Planr Travel Limited does not operate as a travel agency, booking agent, or tour operator. The Company does not arrange or provide transportation, accommodation bookings, travel insurance, visa processing, or any other regulated travel services. Any bookings or third-party services are undertaken directly by the user with the relevant third-party provider, and Planr Travel Limited assumes no responsibility for such services.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in full compliance with these Terms. You must not:

• use the Service in any way that breaches any applicable laws or regulations;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its systems, or networks;
• copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without prior written authorisation.

6. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Planr Travel Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Planr Travel Limited may integrate with third-party services, including Amadeus and Viator. Planr Travel Limited does not accept responsibility or liability for the content, practices, policies, or services of any such third-party providers. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Travel information, itineraries, and recommendations are provided for general informational purposes only and may not be accurate, complete, or up to date. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or suitability of travel information and are not responsible for changes in travel conditions, regulations, or requirements. Users are responsible for ensuring that information they provide is accurate and complete. Planr Travel Limited is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate user data. The Service may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. Planr Travel Limited has no control over the content of such websites and accepts no responsibility or liability for their content, accuracy, or availability. The relevant third-party provider or operator is solely responsible for the content of its website. Linked websites are reviewed at the time of linking for any apparent legal breaches. However, ongoing monitoring of the content of external websites is not reasonable without specific indication of unlawful activity. If Planr Travel Limited becomes aware of any unlawful content on linked websites, such links will be removed without undue delay.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Planr Travel Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Planr Travel Limited is not liable for any losses arising from AI-generated content, recommendations, or automated outputs provided through the platform. Users acknowledge that AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors and that any reliance on such content is at the user's own risk. The Company expressly excludes liability for any damages resulting from reliance on information or content generated through the Service.

11. Termination of Use

Planr Travel Limited may terminate or restrict a user's access to the Services for violations of these TOS. Users may discontinue using Planr at their discretion.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the App, including its software, design, content, branding and functionality, are owned by or licensed to Planr. Planr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to use the App and its intellectual property solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. The App and its intellectual property are licensed, not sold, to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or otherwise exploit any part of the App or its intellectual property without Planr's prior written consent. If you submit content through the App, you retain ownership of your content but grant Planr a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for the purpose of operating and improving the App. All trademarks and brand names displayed in the App remain the property of their respective owners.

13. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access Planr under these TOS. The license does not extend to Planr Travel Limited's underlying technology or intellectual property.

14. Changes to these T&C

Planr Travel Limited may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Arbitration

For disputes, we refer to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, which can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

16. Governing Law

These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
