1. About Planr

Planr (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) is a travel-planning application operated by Planr Travel Ltd. By creating an account or using the Planr app you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the app immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Planr. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. Planr is a general-audience travel-planning service and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Because our minimum age (18) is well above the age thresholds set by COPPA (US) and equivalent children’s privacy laws, Planr relies on this age gate — enforced server-side at signup — as its children’s-privacy compliance mechanism rather than a dedicated parental-consent flow.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at admin@planrtravel.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Use of the Service

Planr provides tools to help you plan, organise and explore travel options. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or extract data from the app.

5. Third-Party Bookings

Planr displays hotel and activity listings sourced from third-party providers. When you proceed to book through a third party, you enter into a contract directly with that provider — not with Planr. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party listings, pricing, availability or the fulfilment of any booking made through an external service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Planr app, including design, text, graphics and software, is owned by or licensed to Planr Travel Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to: loss of data, trip disruption, costs incurred through third-party bookings, or reliance on information displayed in the app.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
