Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (‘AUP’) sets out the rules for using the Planr app and applies to all users. Breaching this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Planr to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload or share content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user’s account.
• Use the service for commercial solicitation without our prior written consent.
• Introduce malware, viruses or any malicious code.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit or share through Planr (e.g. trip notes or itinerary descriptions). By submitting content, you grant Planr a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

4. Reporting Abuse

If you believe another user is violating this AUP or that the app is being misused, please report it to: admin@planrtravel.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate this AUP, and to report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.
